Overview

GOSPLAN2.0 / Pulse-2E is a concept for a digital twin of the economy and the social systems connected to it. The project is conceived as a policy sandbox: an environment for approximating regions, industries, budgets, social processes, transport, energy, education, healthcare, ecology, imports, exports, and the behavior of different population groups. The goal is not to build a 'magical' model of the country, but a practical simulator with pseudo-realistic data, dependencies, and scenarios that can reveal risks, bottlenecks, and the likely effects of reforms and policy decisions.
